I. General Definitions

  • Terms and Conditions – this document governing the rules of using the Service.
  • Service – the online platform "Lumenux", available at https://lumenux.pl/.

  • User – any natural person who accesses the Service and uses the services provided therein.
  • Electronic Communication – any exchange of information via electronic mail (e-mail) and online forms available within the Service.

II. General Provisions

  • The Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation and use of the Service as well as the rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider resulting from the use of the Service.
  • The Service Provider offers free functionalities of the Service enabling Users to access content, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.
  • All information published in the Service (articles, tips, guides) is of a general nature and is not directed to specific Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for how such information is used.
  • The User bears full responsibility for using the materials available in the Service in accordance with applicable law.
  • The Service Provider does not guarantee the suitability of the materials published in the Service for specific purposes.
  • The Service Provider shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the Service. All actions taken by the User within the Service are at their own risk.

III. Sale of Products

  • The Service enables the purchase of products via the online store.
  • The product description includes its name, main features, price, and other relevant information.
  • Prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN)  and include all taxes required by law.
  • The order summary indicates the total amount including the product price and delivery costs.

IV. Conditions of Using the Service

  • Use of the Service is voluntary and free of charge.
  • Users are required to read the Terms and Conditions and related documents and fully accept them if they wish to continue using the Service.
  • It is prohibited to use personal data obtained via the Service for marketing purposes without consent.
  • Technical requirements for using the Service:
    • a device equipped with a display enabling the use of websites,
    • Internet access,
    • a web browser compliant with W3C standards and supporting HTML5,
    • enabled JavaScript support,
    • enabled Cookie support.
  • To ensure the security of all Users and the Service Provider, it is recommended to follow general Internet security practices.
  • It is prohibited to undertake actions, manually or using software, that lead to:
    • decompiling or analyzing the source code without written consent,
    • generating excessive server load without written consent,
    • detecting security vulnerabilities without written consent,
    • uploading or injecting malicious code, scripts, or programs,
    • attempting to track or steal User or Service Provider data,
    • interfering with the proper functioning of the Service.
  • In the event of detecting a cybersecurity incident or a GDPR breach, the Service Provider should be immediately informed.

V. Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Basic use of the Service does not require registration.
  • Full access to additional functionalities requires creating an account and logging in.
  • Registration is voluntary and free of charge.
  • Each User may have only one account.
  • Technical requirement:
    • an active e-mail address.
  • Registration constitutes consent to the processing of personal data entered during registration and subsequent updates.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts violating these Terms or applicable law.
  • The Service Provider may modify the scope of services at any time.

    • Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
    • The Service Provider never asks for your password.
  • Account deletion:
    • The User may delete their account at any time.
    • Deletion is possible after logging in.
    • Deletion results in removal or anonymization of identification data.

VI. Newsletter Service Terms

  • Subscription is voluntary and free of charge.
  • Technical requirement:
    • an active e-mail address.
  • Conditions:
    • providing a valid e-mail address,
    • confirming subscription via activation link,
    • consenting to receive e-mails.
  • Scope:
    • information about new content and promotions,
    • marketing information from partners.
  • Unsubscribing:
    • Possible at any time via the unsubscribe link.
    • The e-mail address will be removed from the database.

VII. Conditions of Communication and Provision of Other Services within the Service

The Service provides additional features and tools enabling interaction with the Service, such as:

All personal data provided when contacting the Service Provider is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

Conditions for publishing content by Service Recipients within the Service:

  • It is prohibited to publish content that offends the Service Provider, other Service Recipients, or third parties.
  • It is not permitted to publish textual, graphic, or audiovisual content for which the user does not hold a license or the consent of the copyright holder.
  • Publishing vulgar, pornographic, unlawful content or links to websites containing such materials is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to publish scripts, programs, or other files that excessively burden the server or pose a security risk, as well as links to such resources.
  • Publishing marketing content or advertisements for services, products, or commercial activities without the consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

VIII. Collection of Data on Service Recipients

For legal and security reasons and in order to provide services in compliance with the law, the Service collects and processes selected information about Service Recipients.

For optimal performance of the Service, we use cookies, in which anonymous data concerning the Service Recipient’s activity may be stored.

Detailed information regarding the scope and method of data processing is available in the "GDPR" and "Privacy Policy", which constitute part of the Terms and Conditions.

    The Service automatically collects technical and statistical data such as:

    • Browser type,
    • Screen resolution,
    • Approximate location,
    • Visited subpages,
    • Time spent on specific subpages,
    • Operating system type,
    • Previous subpage address,
    • Referring website,
    • Browser language,
    • Internet connection speed,
    • Internet service provider.
  • Data collected during registration:
    Username, first and last name, e-mail address

    For logged-in Service Recipients (users with an account), information linked to the account identifier may be stored in cookies.

  • Data collected when subscribing to the newsletter:
    e-mail address

IX. Product Characteristics

  • The store offers decorations for indoor use made using a hybrid technology combining 3D printing, LED lighting, and wood.
  • Products are manufactured after the order has been placed.
  • Due to the 3D printing technology, products may have: visible print layers, minimal dimensional differences, and slight color variations resulting from screen settings. The listed characteristics do not constitute a defect of the Product.
  • Photos presented in the Store are for illustrative purposes only.

X. Copyright

  • The owner of the Service and the copyright to its content is the Service Provider.
  • Selected content published in the Service is protected by copyright belonging to third parties and is used under granted licenses or free licenses.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, copying, reproducing, or storing content and materials (texts, graphic files, video, audio) available in the Service without obtaining written consent from the rights holder is prohibited.
  • In accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, simple press information is not protected. The information contained therein may be used provided that it does not constitute copying a substantial part of the texts without permission.

X. Payment Methods

  • Electronic payment (online bank transfer).

Electronic payment transactions are processed via HotPay.

XII. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland and to selected foreign countries: the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, and Ukraine.
  • Information on available delivery methods, costs, and delivery times is provided during the ordering process.
  • Order processing time is up to 7 business days.

XIII. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The period is counted from the day of receiving the goods.
  • The declaration of withdrawal should be submitted by e-mail or in writing to the Seller.
  • The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the declaration.

XIV. Complaints and Warranty

  • The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
  • Complaints may be submitted electronically or in writing.
  • The complaint will be considered within 14 days.
  • If the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, relevant information is included in the product description.

XV. Amendments

  • The Terms may be amended at any time.
  • Registered Users will be informed by e-mail.
  • Changes enter into force upon publication.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance.

XVI. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider is not liable for content published by Users.
  • The Service Provider makes efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation but is not liable for interruptions beyond its control.
  • The Service Provider may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
  • Current and archived versions are available in the Service.
